Kickin It Up!

Recipe:
We all know how important it is to drink water to keep ourselves hydrated. I always add a wedge of lemon or lime and sometimes cucumber, fresh basil or mint to change it up. A friend of mine introduced to me something new about a month ago. I only drink 32 oz of this once a day to keep the calorie count down, it is refreshing and the cayenne pepper is known to speed up your metabolism.
Squeeze ½ lemon into 32 oz. of water, add 1 tablespoon agave or (sweetner of your choice), 1 dash of cayenne pepper, (you can muddle in some fresh mint or basil to change up the taste if you want) Stir or shake well. Serve over ice. Yummmmm!!!!
Just thinking of this makes me thirsty, I think I will go make myself one now.
